now a days in real estate business most people prefer to do business on CASH payment all you need is a potential seller who wanted to sell their property, Prices goes up and down each and every day, keep in your mind you need to find a seller you have a to make a strong connections with those who are sellers and you can get those connection by visiting them at their offices and introduce yourself to them and ask them if they wanted something or if they are selling something. 

First of all you have to work on your Contacts People who already selling and buying from the market people who are real estate agents.

Remember one thing whatever you learn form people is totally different what you can use in your own deals. This is direct contact job you have to contact people and people have to contact you get them to meet with you either they buy house or plot or list to house for sale.
